    Common Ankle and Foot Injuries

    • Otherwise known as twisted ankle or rolled ankle.

      Ankle sprains or strains happen when the strong ligaments supporting your ankle stretch beyond their limits and tear. It’s one of the most common sports injuries, particularly in sports that require a lot of moving, such as basketball, tennis, squash, and football.
